JST has been established on July 23, 2020, located in Yongkang Industrial Zone, Tainan. Our factory space is ​​about 2,810 square meters. We have the wafer fabrication technology, equipment and processes to provide foundry services, which are used in various high-power LED lighting, IGBT heat dissipation modules, UV LED and electronic heat dissipation substrates(high heat dissipation 3D ceramic substrates), communication modules, etc.
The JST team members combine technicians of electronic design, heat dissipation materials, relevant industry professionals, and they have more than 10 years of experience from R&D to manufacturing. In view of the trend of heat dissipation materials applied to the biomedical industry (UV), portable products and automotive electronics, materials with high wear resistance and high thermal conductivity have been valued. Use PICO laser for processing to improve hole shape and cutting quality. At the same time, we master a variety of production technologies for ceramic substrates to meet the various requests from customers.
